Visit the Historic Village of The Farmers’ Museum while the site is closed to visitors and take photographs during the beautiful ‘golden hour’ of the day just before sunset! Photographer and museum staff member Kevin Gray will walk you through the museum grounds, stopping at photogenic areas and providing helpful pointers on composition, light and shadow, camera techniques, and more. We will explore both indoors and out, with the goal of sending you home with some fantastic photographs!
Please bring any type of camera you want (with at least one charged battery!), lenses, and consider a tripod if you have one.Wear comfortable shoes for walking and come dressed for the weather (we reserve the right to cancel if heavy rains are forecast).
