The Herkimer County Historical Society is excited to announce a Fundraising Dinner Event with Linda Ruth Tosetti, granddaughter of Baseball Legend George Herman “Babe” Ruth on Saturday, May 4 at Francesca’s Banquet Hall in Ilion. Doors open at 5:00 p.m. for a Meet and Greet time, followed by Dinner at 6:00 p.m. and a Program with Linda as the guest speaker. Jason Powles, WKTV News Anchor, will be our evening’s emcee and a representative from the Baseball Hall of Fame will be in attendance.
Tickets to the Dinner are $35.00/person and can be purchased ahead of time from the Herkimer County Historical Society, 406 N. Main St., Herkimer, NY, open Monday-Friday, 10 a.m.- 4 p.m. The event is being sponsored by Herkimer Diamond Mines, Ventura’s Restaurant, Waterfront Grille, and George Aney, Esq.
