Fall Lecture Series, Fort Plain: Jeff Tew

Location: Fort Plain Museum

In October we are pleased to announce the return of another exciting historian Jeff Tew. Jeff has agreed to visit with us and will be once again taking us on a journey back in time to meet a British officer serving in the Mohawk Valley in the 18th century.

The 2014 "Fall Lecture Series at the Fort" will begin this September and run on Thursday evenings at 7:00pm for all to enjoy. The Fall Lecture Series, hosted by the Fort Plain Museum, has been initiated to provide the greater communities in the Mohawk and Upper Hudson Valleys with a variety of distinguished lecturers and speakers. These speakers will use their significant knowledge to bring to life topics directly relating to the 18th Century and out War for Independence.

These lectures are offered free of charge, but donations will be gratefully appreciated to help offset our cost.
